Welcome to BUCKIT&GO (“I",” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Services

BUCKIT&GO offers:

  1. Downloadable PDF Itineraries – Digital travel itineraries available for download after purchase.

  2. Group Trips – Pre-arranged travel experiences led or accompanied by a BUCKIT&GO representative and/or third-party tour operators.

The details, inclusions, and exclusions for each product will be outlined on the specific product listing. Exclusions listed are not exhaustive and may vary by trip or itinerary.

2. Digital Product Policy (PDF Itineraries)

  • Once purchased, PDF itineraries will be available for immediate download.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the itinerary for your own travel planning.

  • Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the itinerary, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our written permission.

3. Group Trip Policy

a. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit or full payment (as specified in the trip listing) is required to secure your place.

  • Final payment must be received by the date specified for the trip. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

b. Inclusions and Exclusions

  • Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed in the trip description.

  • Exclusions are not exhaustive and may include, but are not limited to, personal expenses, optional activities, travel insurance, and meals not stated as included.

c. Participant Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid travel documents, such as passports, visas, and any required permits.

  • You must obtain travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

  • You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and safe manner during the trip. We reserve the right to remove any participant who poses a risk to themselves, others, or the group experience, without refund.

d. Third-Party Providers

  • Some activities or portions of the trip may be operated by third-party tour providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these providers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

a. PDF Itineraries

  • Non-refundable once purchased.

b. Group Trips

  • Customer Cancellations – Refunds, if any, will follow the cancellation terms stated in the trip listing. Deposits are typically non-refundable.

  • BUCKIT&GO Cancellations – If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to BUCKIT&GO. We are not responsible for costs incurred outside of amounts paid to us (e.g., airfare, visas, insurance).

  • Force Majeure – No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions.

5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

  • Travel inherently involves risks, including injury, illness, theft, accidents, transportation delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events. By booking and participating in any BUCKIT&GO product or service, you voluntarily accept and assume all such risks.

  • Liability Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, discharge, and agree not to hold BUCKIT&GO, its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates liable for any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, damage, illness, or death that may occur during or after your participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

  • You acknowledge that third-party providers operate independently and are not controlled by BUCKIT&GO. We are not responsible for any of their acts, omissions, or negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to itineraries, images, and text, is the intellectual property of BUCKIT&GO and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Changes to Itineraries or Trips

We reserve the right to make changes to published itineraries or trip details due to operational needs, weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
